We kick off with a client brief meeting where we obtain an initial idea on what the client has in mind; we then enhance and develop our perception of the task at hand by reflecting on our previous experience, matching the client’s wishes to what we believe is suitable to the project and cross-reference that with the latest design industry trends.
Our in-house team brain storms and visualizes the concept to create an initial design option that is shared with the clients to give them a look and feel of what their project would look like.

Call it talent, skill or ingenuity – it is noteworthy to say that we seldom have to produce more than one design concept to impress our client and we always succeed while we Design Per Imagination.

The team then goes on to produce layouts, 3 dimensional renders, sketches, mood and sample boards in order to provide a close to reality visual of what we would be expected once the project is completed.

No matter how beautiful a design looks on paper (or a 3D render in this case) the end result is based on meticulous project execution and supervision throughout.

We at DPI strive to execute and or supervise the fit out of our projects to the extent that a 3D render is indeed demonstrated to be the visualization of an executed project.

We have a team of Engineers and Architects that work closely with the authorities to obtain approvals and permits, our site team is very well qualified to executed the most detailed interior, exterior and landscape works from masonry, joinery, marble and tile works, etc.…
In a nutshell we are fully responsible to execute and produce every element that we visualize in our design to provide a turnkey solution to our esteemed clients.

We also partner with best in class suppliers that provide their expertise in the relevant fields like home automation and furniture production.

Supervising the execution is a crucial task of every project that we hold closely to our modus operandi. Our project management techniques and skills are the driver behind achieving the same results as per our designs and while meeting strict deadlines.
